2016 EXPO for Transitioning Youth

This free conference is for teens and young adults with special needs (and their families) facing the challenge of transition from high school to higher education, work and adulthood.  It will feature workshops for both diploma and certificate track students and resources to help transitioning youth find the path to success, mental health, employment, college, job training programs, driving, recreation and social life, and much more.

Over 40 exhibitors will be available!
