
Session 3 of Teen Connect is rapidly approaching!
The IMAGE Center’s Connect Program empowers teens and young adults with disabilities to step outside of their comfort zone, make connections with their community, build social experiences, and recognize and achieve skills needed for increased independence in adulthood.

Upon registering, participants will receive a welcome email prior to the start of the first lesson with specific program information.
Program Schedule & Locations:
The Connect Program will take place every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm beginning May 6th and concluding June 10th.
- May 6: Creating and Maintaining Connections
- May 13: Self-Awareness
- May 20: Food for Daily Living
- May 27: Personal Finance
- June 3: Growth Mindset and Self-Advocacy
- June 10: Power of Play
Unless we are out and about in the community for a Community Connection session, all meetings will be held at:

Snacks and drinks will be served.
Community Connection learning session locations will be announced at least one week before the scheduled date.
Who Can Participate?
Teens and young adults ages 14 to 25 with a documented disability are welcome to attend The Connect Program.
Program Cost:
The cost of the six-week session is $120 per student.
Payment plans are available for those with additional financial needs.
Peer Mentor Opportunities:
There are also opportunities to attend as a peer mentor!
Please note: Students may be encouraged to bring additional spending money during Community Connection nights.
