NFB Newsline® provides blind/low vision individuals with free audio or electronic access to more than five hundred (500) magazines and newspapers. Bookshare provides accessible versions of more than one million books to eligible individuals with Bookshare accounts. Bonus: All students can receive FREE Bookshare accounts, and members/patrons of the Maryland Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled who are not students can also access Bookshare for free, through the Library. Deals For Individuals Receiving SSI, SSDI, or SNAP Benefits
Maryland residents who receive SSI (Supplemental Security Income) or SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) benefits can receive FREE TUITION to attend Community Colleges in Maryland!
